Circuit de Catalunya was here in Barcelona this weekend. Massa dominated the whole race and snatched the victory. The bad luck with the car’s reliability seems to follow Kimi Räikkönen wherever he goes. Kimi was forced to drive to the pits after after only 8 laps because of a electricity problem.

Alonso was forced to drive to cut though the first corner and the car was supposedly a bit out balance and not as fast as McLaren was hoping. Alonso finished third and the super talented rookie Hamilton finished second with his McLaren. Hamilton rised to the top of the standigs. That’s a superb performance by the youngster after 4 races.

Ferrari and McLaren have been the top teams in these first races. The most competitive team has been BMW followed by Renault, Williams and Red Bull. Kubica finished fourth with his BMW and his teammate Heidfeld would’ve had chances to finish third or fourth without the screw-up at the pits.

The other Finn Kovalainen finished seventh with his Renault. That was the rookies best result this season and the first time he finished before his teammate Fisichella. Nico Rosberg, the son of the Finnish F1 champion Keke Rosberg, finished sixth with his Williams
