Embarrassing, simply embarrassing. Well, I have to admit that Barca played well, but they lost the game. We had many nice chances, but unfortunately no luck with the finishing. Messi, Ronaldinho and Eto’o were fooling the defenders all the time, but the last touch wasn’t good enough. Iniesta was also everywhere. He was in the defense and a couple minutes after that he was making his superb passes on the other end of the field. He’s really astonishing with his skills of keeping the ball and passing.

At the beginning of the second part a small mistake by the defense, a superb pass by Capi, simple and effective finishing by Pires and Barca was in trouble. We’ve really been in trouble after we’ve conceded a goal. There are a couple of exceptions, but overall that’s pretty much been the case this year. Barca tried to attack like crazy, but it just don’t work if you try to force it too much. Some frustrated moves and ultimately a final nail in the coffin by Marcos at the end of the second perioid when he scored for Villareal.

I saw the first game against Villareal this season. I was watching that game at Nou Camp. The result was 4-0 with many superb goals and basically an awesome match. I was kinda hoping for a similar result, but you can’t have everything.

Sevilla crashed Athletic 4-1 and Madrid won Valecia 2-1, so the final standings after this round are worrying.
