Okay, still updating the pages a bit. It’s late again, but I’ll try to write something.

After the Rawal Launch couple weeks ago, I talked about it a couple posts ago, I’ve been doing a lot of things. I had a 4 days weekend. It was mainly just relaxing and creating the graphics for this site. The weather wasn’t so great. Well, it was warm, but couple days was kinda rainy. I saw my friends, didn’t really go out. Just sat with my friends and had a little cava and few beers. Sunday I had to take a few photos of my friend because she had to make a story about herself to one newspaper in Finland. We also went to some tourist places. The weather was so awesome that day that I couldn’t believe it was middle of October.

I’ve been watching a lot of football. Something is wrong now. Perhaps I need to go to Nou Camp and soon, because Barca have been playing bad. Okay, they won Sevilla 3-1 couple weeks ago, but after that 1-1 draw against Valencia, 1-0 lost against Chelsea in UCL and 2-0 lost against Real Madrid. Okay, most of the games were played away, but that’s no excuse. Messi have been the only player how’s been playing in his own level. I’ve been watching the games here in a local bar and the place has been full all the time. The atmosphere has been just superb. People shouting and banging the walls and floors. I went to watch the Chelsea game with my roommate and her father. He was there first and when I came, he had already met two finnish Barca fans sitting just next to him. Lucky coincidence.

What else. One Monday evening I walked to Barceloneta, it’s the closest beach here. It was like 20 minutes walking from my place. It was evening, so it was almost empty. Here is still so warm that lots of people are going to beach. The sunset was awesome. I’d like to go run there, a little jogging would keep me more energetic. The problem is how to go there first, because I live in the middle of Barcelona. The way to the beach isn’t so long but it’s full of people and traffic, so I really can’t run there. The easiest way would be going by bus or metro, but the idea of going by bus all sweaty to run just isn’t so appealing. Well, I have to think of something. You can see photos at the Photos-page.

The biggest worry last week was the party we were having at our house. I promised to make finnish food for about 10 persons. Finnish food is kinda problematic to make abroad, because the true finnish foods almost always have some kind of berries or other ingredients that is impossible to find here. I tried to find cranberries, nowhere. Real rye bread, nowhere. And so on. It all worked out okay, but I had to make some compromises. I made these cocktail breads from this one Lidl’s bread which closest to finnish rye bread I’ve found here. I think you can by swedish rye bread from Ikea, but it’s too far and I guess a bit expensive. I but some fresh cheese, smoked salmon and dill. Dill is a very popular herb with fish. I also made smashed potatoes and finnish meatballs. Meatballs were a hit and the evening was great.

Now I have to head to bed, buenas noches,
